Creation of a Personal Development Group with a Synthetic Approach

I welcome you to the creation of a new personal development group, centered on a systemic and existential approach, which embraces the cultural background and diversity that each individual member brings.

This process does not constitute a purely group-psychotherapeutic path, but rather a counseling and experiential journey. It is a space dedicated to the daily reflections and concerns surrounding the multiple roles we carry in our lives: child, partner, spouse, employee, colleague – and how meaningfully we have connected with them.

Within the group, we will co-create a space for:

• Development in “Relation to…”: How we evolve as part of a living group process, through feedback, identifications, and even ruptures.

• The Individual as a Member of the Community: What position have we learned to take within the ecosystem we belong to – both immediate and wider? How freely can we speak, express ourselves, envision, and dream?

• Social Impact: Since we do not exist in a vacuum, we process the challenges of living and surviving in today’s social reality, from the distinct positions each one of us holds.

• 🤝 First Step: Prior to joining the group, an individual initial meeting will take place (non-binding). This session serves as an opportunity to communicate your needs and explore what you are seeking through this group development process.
